Personal Life

"I grew up in New Albany, Indiana with my four sisters. I have an older sister, a twin sister, and two younger identical twin sisters. Needless to say, my parents had their hands full with so many kids in tow, but I love having a large family. I later moved to Scottsburg, where I attended high school, played basketball, and ran track. I am so excited to be back in the area, and practice in these two communities that have a special place in my heart.

I currently live in Louisville with my family. My wife, Katie, is a pediatric occupational therapist who works in a medically fragile daycare where she works to instill the confidence and necessary skills for children to meet their developmental goals. We met at Indiana University, and it turns out we were both from Southern Indiana! Ironically, she received her orthodontic treatment at our Clarksville location when it was known as Badger and Spiller. We have a young son, Tristan, and a golden retriever named Thor.

Outside of work, you can find me on a hike with Katie and Tristan, doing yard work, or other house projects. I am a huge Indiana Hoosier sports fan as well, so I love to go to basketball and football games when I can make the time."

Practice Philosophy

"One of my main goals in life is to enhance the lives of others. Through my practice as an orthodontist, I am able to enhance not just someone's smile, but encourage confidence in them as well. It is amazing to see all the different personalities that come through the office, and if I can have a positive impact on someone, then that is all I can ask for.

Earning my patients' trust and making them feel respected are at the core of my practice. I am passionate about delivering excellent clinical results, ensuring that every procedure and treatment is performed with the highest standards of precision and care. Equally important is creating a comfortable and welcoming environment where patients feel valued and understood. When you become a patient of Stotts Orthodontics, you become a patient for life."
